It’s time again for Central to launch into another season of ROOTED!
What is Rooted you ask? It is a 10-week foundational group discipleship journey in which participants deepen their connection with God, His church, and their purpose. By rooting ourselves in God’s Word and His truths, we build a firm foundation on which to live and love the world.
The story of Rooted is incredible. It started as an effort by the local Church to build up communities in Kenya under the name Mizizi (Swahili for “root” or “rooted”). Missionaries from the United States saw Mizizi in action and wondered how the transformation that took place in the lives of the members of these African communities could also take place in their church.
